Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN network environments.
- Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for network hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues and network outages efficiently.
- Conduct physical network inspections, cable management, and port configuration.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and monitor firewalls and VPNs.
- Document all network configurations, changes, and technical tickets accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on network administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of routing (OSPF, BGP) and switching protocols.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-capable environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service communication.
