Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Diagnose and resolve network outages within SLA timeframes
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with systematic approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
