Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve network-related user issues
- Collaborate with cloud services teams to optimize hybrid network architectures
- Conduct regular network audits and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or technical support
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site support
