Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform structured cabling, termination, and fiber optic splicing.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and outages.
- Conduct routine maintenance on network hardware and software.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and change logs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new network solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco CCNA certification is a strong plus.
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or field technician roles.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLAN configuration.
- Physical stamina to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
