Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Document network infrastructure changes and maintain accurate system documentation
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve complex network-related incidents
- Conduct network capacity planning and performance optimization
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades and maintenance services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company sites
