Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Perform proactive network monitoring and security audits
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Document network topology and configuration changes
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams for hybrid solutions
- Implement network security protocols and access controls
- Train junior staff on equipment usage and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper equipment and SD-WAN
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Able to lift 30lbs and work in equipment closets
- Valid Arizona driver's license for site visits
- Ability to work occasional after-hours maintenance windows
