Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages using provided diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and firewall configurations
- Document network infrastructure changes and maintenance activities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment upgrades and replacements
- Perform regular network performance optimization and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, and VMware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment handling
