Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Document defects using JIRA with precise reproducible steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility validation
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies to refine testing requirements
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Python
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with security testing methodologies (OWASP Top 10)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
