Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network equipment
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and firewall management
- Document network topologies and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, STP)
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing intermittent issues
- Ability to work flexible hours for maintenance windows
- Valid Indiana driver's license for on-site client visits
