Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including VPNs and firewalls
- Document network topology and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical incidents
- Optimize network bandwidth for 500+ user environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (JNCIA/JNCIP preferred)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, and BGP/OSPF routing
- Proficiency with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong Linux/Windows Server administration skills
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
