Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve outages within SLA
- Document network configurations and update topology diagrams
- Collaborate with IT teams on cloud integration projects
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba devices
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
