Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and implement proactive maintenance

- Provide remote and on-site technical support for end-users

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+ preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper network equipment and TCP/IP protocols
