Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Perform routine network audits, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and changes for compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
Qualifications
- Valid Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLAN configuration.
- Experience with fiber optics and wireless network infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot physical and logical network layers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
