Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design fidelity during development.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design principles in every project.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or agency environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and prototyping tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
