Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs) to protect infrastructure
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical outages and maintenance windows
- Conduct network audits and optimize bandwidth utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with enterprise network administration
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Juniper certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet SD-WAN
- Familiarity with Python/Ansible for automation scripting
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
