Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Document test results and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve testing processes
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, usability, and performance
- Validate software releases against business requirements and technical specifications
- Maintain test environments and ensure proper test data management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL for database testing
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
