Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols (VPN, ACLs, intrusion detection) to protect infrastructure
- Document network topologies, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize hybrid network architectures
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Missouri driver's license for occasional site visits
