Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolutions in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network solutions and resolve complex issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and certification
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Administration, IT, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network support and infrastructure management
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site support in St. Petersburg
