Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Aruba network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Resolve network outages using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Document network topology and changes in ServiceNow
- Support VoIP systems and wireless deployments (Meraki)
- Conduct quarterly vulnerability scans and patch management
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, VLANs, and BGP/OSPF
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
- Ability to lift 40lbs for equipment deployment
- CompTIA Security+ preferred
