Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems encountered by end-users.
- Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network traffic and security to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the deployment and troubleshooting of VoIP systems and firewalls.
- Document all network changes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with routers, switches, and network cabling (fiber and copper).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites within the region.
