Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and security protocols (ACLs, firewalls)
- Troubleshoot network outages and document resolution procedures
- Coordinate with cloud providers for hybrid network solutions
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train junior technicians on network best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
