Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and implement security protocols
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
- Conduct regular network maintenance and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
