Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers/switches and network hardware
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, access controls)
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on Azure/AWS hybrid integrations
- Lead hardware refresh projects and capacity planning
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent certification (CCNA required)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN design
- Proficient with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and wireless networking (Aruba/Cisco)
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work flexible hours
