Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Troubleshoot VPN, firewall, and connectivity issues for 500+ endpoints
- Implement VLAN segmentation and QoS policies
- Document network topology and change management procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Meraki
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
