Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topologies and create SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical outages
- Manage IPAM systems (e.g., Infoblox)
Qualifications
- CCNA or CCNP certification required
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Expertise in Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper Junos
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Azure/AWS networking services
- Ability to lift 40lbs for equipment installations
