Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timelines
- Implement and document network changes using ITIL best practices
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) for hybrid solutions
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional nights/weekends for maintenance windows
