Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven response times
- Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure seamless hybrid infrastructure integration
- Implement network security protocols including VLAN segmentation and ACLs
- Conduct regular network audits and capacity planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper Junos
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Layer 2/3 connectivity issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Active security clearance preferred
