Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN systems and network hardware
- Monitor network performance and security using advanced tools
- Document network changes and maintain accurate configuration records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network upgrades and migrations
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues and outages
- Implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Manage cloud-based networking solutions and virtual environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
