Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Resolve network outages within SLA timeframes (avg. 2-hour response)
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and firewall rules
- Support VPN connectivity for remote workforce solutions
- Conduct quarterly network audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with Azure AD and Office 365 integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and PingPlotter
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- CompTIA Security+ preferred
