Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network topology and configuration changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for enterprise clients
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- CCNA/JNCIA certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs
- Familiarity with SolarWinds/NPM monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
