- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support to enterprise clients

Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification
- 2+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper hardware
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for client site visits
