Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topologies and create technical procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Optimize bandwidth and implement QoS policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
