Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot network outages and security incidents with rapid resolution protocols
- Document network changes and maintain accurate configuration records
- Implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects
- Provide tier-2 support for network-related user issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco/Juniper enterprise networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
