Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across hybrid environments
- Implement network security protocols and vulnerability patches
- Document network topology and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure integration projects
- Provide Tier-2 support for complex network incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and BGP routing protocols
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Viptela, Cisco vManage)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and packet analyzers
- Familiarity with network automation (Python, Ansible)
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment installation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
