Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
- Manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure system efficiency.
- Document network configurations and provide technical support to internal staff.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Valid CCNA or equivalent networking certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in network administration or support.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry network equipment and work in various physical environments.
