Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Document network architecture and maintain up-to-date diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Manage VLANs, VPNs, and wireless network deployments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSI model
- Experience with network automation tools (Python/Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
