Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software components.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and security audits.
- Respond to and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Cisco CCNA or similar networking certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift and carry network equipment up to 50 lbs.
