Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Establish design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling narrative frameworks
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
- Excellent presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
