Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Mentor 3+ engineers while maintaining 95%+ system uptime
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements reducing deployment time by 40%
- Drive technical debt reduction through code reviews and refactoring
- Collaborate with Product team to define API specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of architecting high-traffic APIs
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in TDD and Agile methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level systems
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
