Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleaning & Processing: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets into structured formats for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize data insights and support executive decision-making.
- Database Maintenance: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within our databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization by analyzing current workflows and data usage patterns.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for database querying and proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
- Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is a must.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
