Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain low-latency C++ codebases for equity options pricing models and risk management systems.
- Optimize algorithmic trading strategies to maximize execution efficiency and reduce slippage.
- Design scalable microservices to handle high-frequency market data ingestion and storage.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts to translate complex mathematical models into production-ready software.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across our global trading platforms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in high-frequency finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in C++ (modern C++11/14/17) and Python with a focus on performance.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Experience with financial markets, specifically equity options and derivatives, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for data persistence.
- Experience working in Linux environments and distributed systems architecture.
