Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of cloud-native microservices using Go/Python
- Architect AWS-based infrastructure leveraging ECS, Lambda, and DynamoDB
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize system performance and security with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record leading production AWS deployments
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong background in testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design expertise
