Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our internal and client-facing platforms.
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting critical issues during off-hours (Night Shift).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimize existing codebases for security, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust error-handling mechanisms.
- Document technical specifications and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#).
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
