Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop automated reporting systems for KPI tracking and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliverables
- Ensure data quality through rigorous cleaning, validation, and documentation processes
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
