Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for superconducting and photonic processors.
- Lead the research and implementation roadmap for our 2026 product release cycle.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software for specific quantum processor architectures.
- Develop novel error mitigation and error correction strategies for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists in advanced AI methodologies.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and quantum simulators.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization theory.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex software products.
