Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant quantum algorithms integrated with classical AI frameworks to solve high-impact industry problems.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for quantum computing integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 roadmaps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic researchers and industry partners to stay at the forefront of quantum breakthroughs and apply them to commercial products.
- System Optimization: Optimize quantum circuit execution to minimize error rates and maximize processing speed for real-time applications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all quantum solutions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Architecture Skills: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
