- Present compelling futures narratives to executive teams and external stakeholders
- Establish and curate an internal futurist think-tank with global industry experts
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) within organizational strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Published author or recognized thought leader in foresight/innovation circles
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
