- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen computing paradigms (quantum, neuromorphic, photonic)
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT research labs on 6G infrastructure and zero-energy data centers
- Translate theoretical models into scalable commercial prototypes with 99.9% reliability
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers in cutting-edge development methodologies
- Secure $10M+ in government/private innovation grants for 2026 initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE/ACM summits and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or equivalent with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural-symbolic AI
- Expertise in error-corrected quantum systems and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of launching commercial products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, and photonic circuit design
- Strong patents portfolio (5+ granted in quantum/AI domains)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA technology transition programs
