Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future tech concepts, from neural interfaces to quantum-ready software.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging trends, including predictive analytics, autonomous systems, and edge computing.
- Oversee architectural decisions that ensure scalability, security, and performance for next-gen applications.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical decision-makers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
