Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision for the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-gen AI solutions.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product management to translate high-level 2026 goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of sustainable tech practices into our core engineering stack.
- Establish thought leadership and represent Chronos Tech at industry conferences (e.g., SXSW, CES).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and their potential application in 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
